StudyCitizen is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the Government of Canada, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), or any government body.
Nothing here is an official government resource. The official study guide, Discover Canada: The Rights and Responsibilities of Citizenship, is published by IRCC and is available free from canada.ca. We link to it and we encourage you to read it.
This is practice material, not the real test
The questions on this site are our own, written to help you study the topics the citizenship test covers. They are not the real exam questions, and we have no access to the actual test.
Passing mock exams here does not guarantee you will pass the citizenship test, and we make no promise about your result. Your outcome depends on your own preparation and on decisions made by IRCC.
Accuracy
We check our questions against the official study guide and we take accuracy seriously — it's the reason this site exists. Even so, mistakes happen, facts change, and the official guide is updated from time to time.
If you find something wrong, use the "Report this question" link in the app or email hello@studycitizen.ca. We read every report and correct errors.
Where this site and the official guide disagree, the official guide is correct.

We do not host or reproduce the Discover Canada guide. Government of Canada material remains the property of the Crown.

Your study progress is stored on your own device, not on our servers. We are not responsible if it is lost — for example, if you clear your browser data or switch devices.
